Spent my second year in a Carson property, just moved out the other week and have to say it was a lovely experience. Heidi and Damien were wonderful landlords. Property was nice, in a good location, with parking. I would have stayed in that property for my third year if I could. I give 5/5 rating. If there was a problem Damien would send a handyman as quick as he could. Nice to know you have a reliable landlord. Just got my deposit back, within a week of leaving the house. Even better !!! definitely recommend them for student tenants on the look out for exceptional landlords and properties. would definitely recommend them to my friends and fellow students.

Honestly would recommend a Carson property. Moved into a spotless house and had next to no problems with anything throughout the year. The minor things that did go wrong, someone was sent to fix it straight away. Damian and Heidi have been very reliable and honest landlords! Moved out at the end of July and had the deposit back within a week, which is fantastic. Very happy and stress free year so thank you!

Heidi and Damian were my landlords for two years and I have nothing but praise for the service they provided. The flat was clean, well-equipped and in a perfect location, just a short walk from university buildings and the city centre. We had very few problems with the flat during our stay, but any issues we did have were sorted quickly and with no fuss. We also got our deposit back in full within just a couple of days of moving out. Good, honest and responsive landlords like Heidi and Damian are hard to find, so I would absolutely recommend their service to anyone looking for a place to rent in Portsmouth

I would like to recommend both Heidi and Damian Carson as responsible and understanding landlords. In the two years that my daughter Sarah was at Telephone Road I felt re-assured that if there were problems that related to the property they would be dealt with swiftly. I was very nervous leaving Sarah as she had always lived with me at home but Heidi and Damian's understanding left me feeling comfortable that she would be left in good hands with her landlords. I would also add that when Sarah experienced difficulties in receiving her 'student grant' in time and struggled to pay her rent they were both incredibly patient and understanding. They didnt apply any pressure and demonstrated a high degree of sympathy and understanding. When Sarah was due to vacate the house the audit was carried out fairly and objectively and the deposite returned within a reasonable time frame. For these reasons I can whole heartedly recommend to all potential students going to Portsmouth University Heidi and Damian Carson as kind and professional landlords.

While searching for houses Damien and Heidi provided extensive help and information. The house we finally chose was well furnished and in good condition. Despite owning a number of houses, a personal touch remained and any issues were resolved quickly. The quality of living is obviously higher, and with no sign up fees like all the agencies this was worth it for us.
